The Bold & Reeves Property Manager helps London homeowners proactively manage their properties and record all property related maintenance in an electronic log book. The app will enable you to access the Bold & Reeves network of vetted partners (sub contractors) who will service your home at wholesale prices ensuring fewer things break down and running costs are reduced.
This Property Manager app forms an integral part of the Bold & Reeves service which delivers convenience, peace of mind and enhanced value to London property owners.
Challenge
The goal of the project was to help time-poor homeowners manage their properties so that fewer things break down and running costs are reduced. Not having technical expertise, the client addressed to us help with the application development.
